Villu has been sharing his experience for more than four years and by this time teaching and public speaking has become his favorite hobby and profession. Villu has trained sales teams and managers of many companies, mostly teaching sales psychology and self-management.

In his seminars, Villu combines the knowledge acquired through his study of psychology (The Estonian Private School of Professional Psychology) and his personal experience of sales and management.

As a trainer, Villu makes complex things easy-to-understand. He also believes that it is only possible to teach something that one practices constantly. Thanks to his 10-year experience in sales Villu is well placed to share knowledge based on his own life.
